If you've been sent to this web-site by a search engine and you've found a long listing of what appears to be equipment at very low prices, be advised that these are listings of instruction and/or service manuals, not the original equipment.

ORDERING & LOG IN
Category
ORDERING & LOG-IN
There are two ways to order.  If you got to a web-page from a google, yahoo or other search engine, you may be in the middle of our website and found what you were wanting to order.  Doing this, however, precludes you from seeing everything that we have at Radio Era Archives as our primary webpage is http://www.radioera.com.  At this link, we offer a search engine database entry system that will quickly find what you are looking for and then presents you with a shopping cart system to input your information and process your order automatically.  If you don't find the item you are looking for in either the manual listings or the database search engine, we still may have it, so use the CONTACT US button to send an inquiry.  If you entered this order with our secure manual order entry form, we take the data and enter it manually into our automated shopping cart system.  When we do this, we set up an account for you with a log in of your email address if you have one.  If you don't, we set up an arbitrary one for you using your firstnamelastname@radioera.com. We then set up a password for you using "lastnamefirstname" so that you can go back at any time, log in and check the status of any order or to edit any of your information, such if you might have moved or changed your phone number or even email address.  Unless you order something, you do not have to log into the web to browse it.  When you order, we usually get the manually entered orders in the system within 24 hours, but you can log in using your email above with the password and if there is an order entered into the system, you will be able to click on it to see what the status is.  Because we DO NOT KEEP credit card information on this system and all credit card orders are processed by Authorize.Net (very securely), there is no possibility of your card data ever being accessed either by you or others on our website.

As you can see, there are two ways to order, either manually as you might have done, or through the search engine window located on our home page at http://www.radioera.com.  Many people get to our web listings through yahoo or google and never knew what else we had besides the manual that they were looking for.  That is why we added the manually entered order form, but it speeds things up if you go to the search engine on our home page site and do a search for "yourmanual" or whatever you are looking for and see just how quickly the system finds the manual with a buy it now button.  Then it asks you either to log in or to enter your login and password if you are ordering for the first time.  This takes you through your primary information, ship to information, shipping method selection, card data entry, and an approval/confirmation page which you can print and the system will send a confirmtion to your email address.  There is a category list on our home page that will allow you to go directly to various sections of the web by clicking the different categories (just like you clicked this one for ordering and log in information).

If you still have questions, send us a question via the "CONTACT US" button on the home page.  Thank you for shopping Radio Era Archives website.
