R520A/URR Military Trans-Oceanic

This is the rarest of all of the Zenith Trans-Oceanics.  There were only 2,973 of these beauties made.  This was a ruggedized version of the 600 series with the slide-rule dial, but this version is very distinctive in its green oil-cloth covering with the prominent U.S.A. stamp on the side and on the front right of the dial area.  This one is s/n 1199 and is very excellent condition looking like it had very little, if any, use in the field.  In the field of Zenith Trans-Oceanic collecting, owning one of these beauties is like having the "Holy Grail" of all of the radios!
