RADIO ERA NOW OFFERS THE FIRST ANTIQUE RADIO PUBLICATION PRODUCT ON DVD-ROM.  THE ENTIRE RIDERS "PERPETUAL TROUBLESHOOTERS MANUAL", ALL VOLUMES 1-23 ARE ON THIS SINGLE DISC.  RUNNING WITH ANY VERSION OF WINDOWS ON A PERSONAL COMPUTER OR MACINTOSH THAT RUNS WINDOWS PROGRAMS,  THIS FABULOUS DVD WILL GIVE YOU YEARS OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THOSE OLD RADIOS THAT YOU WANT TO REPAIR AND/OR RESTORE!

NOW IN SPITE OF THE LOW COST OF THIS DVD PRODUCT, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE GOOFY KNOCK-OFF COPYRIGHT INFRINGING AND PIRATED ILLEGAL TO USE - INFERIOR LOW RESOLUTION PRODUCTS THAT SHOW UP FROM TIME TO TIME ON EBAY.  THIS IS THE REAL MC COY AND THE CRITICAL EARLY RIDERS VOLUME RESOLUTION HAS BEEN INCREASED TO MORE THAN TWICE THAT OF EARLIER VERSIONS.  THIS WILL ALLOW EVEN MOST OF THE SMALLEST PARTS VALUES TO BE READ EASILY ON THE SCREEN OR FOR PRINTING.

THIS COMPLETE PUBLICATION ON DVD IS ALSO PROFESSIONALLY PRODUCED AND CREATED FROM GLASS MASTERS IN HIGH VOLUME TO ENABLE A LOWER PRICE FOR ANTIQUE RADIO COLLECTORS AND RESTORERS.  THE RIDERS SERIES ON THIS DVD COVERS APPROXIMATELY 120,000 MODEL RADIOS SO BASED ON THE LOWER PRICE ON THIS PRODUCT YOU WOULD BE GETTING  603 SCHEMATICS FOR A SINGLE $ 1.00 BILL!  THINK OF IT . . . $ 0.00166 CENTS PER SCHEMATIC PAGE!  NOW HOW IS THAT FOR BEATING THE HIGH PRICE OF SCHEMATICS.

THIS DVD SERIES COVERS RADIOS MADE FROM 1920 THROUGH 1954.

Why DVD? . . . . . This DVD publication was created in May of 2003 and for the past 3-4 years, manufacturers have been producing combination DVD and CD-ROM drives for computers.  As was the case with CD-ROM drives, the price has dropped so that one can get a CD-ROM drive now for less than $ 20.00.  Consequently the DVD-CD combination players have also dropped from several hundred dollars to now about $ 50.00US or less.  So for this small amount of expense, it really makes sense to avail yourself of the benefits of having so much more information available on a single disc.  This publication would have taken 5 CD-ROM discs to hold the same amount of information and take up that much more space.  Besides, who wants to keep loading and unloading different CD's in relation to a large amount of data?  The age of DVD is here now!

Features of this DVD Product . . . . this DVD contains all of the files that you will need to access almost 120,000 radio model numbers with the schematics that are included in Riders 23 volumes that he produced in paper form.  This Riders series also contains record changer information as it relates to the radio/phonograph models contained in these volumes.  Rider also produced two additional radio volumes in his Television Series, volumes 24 and 25, but most all of these radios were also produced  in an easier to use format, so that is the primary reason that only the first 23 Radio volumes were used to create this product and have ever been considered to be part of the Perpetual Troubleshooters Manual Series.  The primary files are the Riders indexes and the 23 Riders Volumes and are contained as ".exe" executable files.  These executable files contain everything that you will need to find your radio model and which volume it is located in, and to view, enlarge, rotate and print the schematics with your local printer.  A built in digital browser is included so you do not have to download any "readers" to use these files.  A DVD-ROM has the capacity of holding 4.7GB of digital information.  We've chosen to provide this series on a single DVD-ROM as it no longer makes sense to produce such an extensive set of manuals on 5 or 6 CD-ROM's.

How To Find Your Schematics . . . . Using this Riders DVD is as easy as using the printed indexes and 23 volumes of schematics!  You use the indexes to find the volume and page of your radio.  You then open the volume that contains the schematics.  It is as simple as this to use.  Detailed instructions and other related information are contained on the DVD publication.
